Traders Application Form

Welcome to the TFNation 2026 Trader Application form.

The purpose of this form is to gauge interest in the available trading space in our Trader Hall.

There are a few changes this year, so please do read through all of this information, even if you are a returning TFNation Trader.

THE BASICS

1. This is not a booking form and no payment is required at this stage.
   
   
2. In the interest of fairness, TFNation staff will allow a minimum of 7 days before starting to review Trader applications.
   
   
3. Once your interest is registered and the application window has closed, applications will be reviewed and either approved or declined. As our Trader space is limited, we may not be able to welcome all applicants.
   
   
4. Approved applicants will receive information about discounted-rate bedrooms when the venue has provided the same.
   
   
5. Each Trader Block measures 5ft (1.52m) across the store front and 10ft (3.04m) in depth, and includes up to three 5ft (1.52m) tables for use within that space (different sized tables may be used on occasion).
   
   
6. Standard setup is one front table and two backing tables per unit, although you are free to move the tables around as you like within the allocated space, subject to clearance from our vendor team who will help you with your planning.
   
   
7. All Trader Blocks will be subject to an advance risk assessment, which our vendor team will be happy to assist you with.
   
   
8. Power is not included as standard with Trader Blocks (however, please see the update on this below).
   
   
9. We're always happy to discuss more prominent ways to highlight your trader stall, including custom-sized units, limited edition guest sponsorship opportunities, and other types of advertisement. Please feel free to email info@tfnation.com if you would be interested in discussing a bespoke TFNation package for your store.
   
   
10. Additional Trader Passes are available for £155.00 per person.

UPGRADE OPTIONS

We are now able to offer several upgrade options. If you wish to investigate any of these options, please use the tick boxes below to let us know - ticking a box does not guarantee availability, but will assist us with our planning and budgeting.

• NEW - Preferred Location - Trader locations are usually allocated by our team to ensure a fair and balanced layout across the hall.  If you would prefer to reserve a specific location, you can do so from £100.00, subject to availability. (If you are happy to accept a standard location allocated by our team, then there's no need to tick this option).
  
  
• NEW - Backing Partition - Some Trader locations utilise backing partition walls. If you would like to guarantee backing partitions for your stall, we can prepare a quote for you based on your final layout. These will typically cost £36.00 per 5 feet stretch of partition wall, subject to availability.
  
  
• NEW - Power Drop - Trader tables are located in the centre of our hall, away from power sockets. If power is essential for your set up, we may be able to arrange for power cables to be dropped down to your stall from the ceiling, for an additional cost of an estimated £100.00.

• 3 Blocks (includes 9 tables and 3 tickets) - £630.00

• 4 Blocks (includes 12 tables and 3 tickets) - £788.00

• 5 Blocks (includes 15 tables and 4 tickets) - £945.00

• 6 Blocks (includes 18 tables and 4 tickets) - £1,050.00

• 7 Blocks (includes 21 tables and 5 tickets) - £1,155.00

• 8 Blocks (includes 24 tables and 5 tickets) - £1,260.00
