What is TFNation?

TFNation Ltd runs an annual science-fiction convention, trading as TFNation, within the United Kingdom; these operations may in future be extended to change the frequency and nature of such events and to include international operations where appropriate.

tfnation.com (and its official derivative websites) is a website owned operated by TFNation Ltd for the promotion of the TFNation event and the furtherance of community ties.

Hereafter TFNation Ltd shall be referred to as TFNation.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the TFNation website.

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
