The Forge Application Form

Welcome to the TFNation 2026 Forge Application form.

The purpose of this form is to gauge interest in the available Forge Stalls in the Trader Hall. (The Forge is our area for fan crafts, and differs from Trader Blocks).

There are a few changes this year, so please do read through all of this information, even if you are a returning TFNation Forge artist.

THE BASICS

1. This is not a booking form and no payment is required at this stage.
2. In the interest of fairness, TFNation staff will allow a minimum of 7 days before starting to review Forge applications.
   
   
3. Once your interest is registered and the application window has closed, applications will be reviewed and either approved or declined. As our Forge space is limited, we may not be able to welcome all applicants.
   
   
4. Approved applicants will receive information about discounted-rate bedrooms when the venue has provided the same.
   
   
5. You do not need to order a ticket before applying for a Forge Stall. This is because, if accepted, your stall price will include one ticket for you, for Saturday, ClubCon and Sunday. (Your ticket will not include access to the Friday, or to special add-on events such as musical performances)
   
   
6. Forge Stalls may be used to sell any handmade crafts (such as keyrings, stickers or handmade plushies), art prints and to take/sell art commissions. All crafts and artwork sold must be your own original work.
   
   
7. The use of official logos on unlicensed products is strictly prohibited.
8. TFNation supports human creators and at this time, A.I. created artwork is not permitted within the Forge.
   
   
9. Each Forge Stall includes one 5ft (1.52m) table for use within that space (different sized tables may be used on occasion).
   
   
10. You are allowed to share your Forge Stall with one additional artist who must be invited to share with you via the TFNation website. Invitations can be sent out after payment has been made for the approved Forge Stall application. The additional person must already hold a valid ticket Saturday and Sunday ticket to the event.
    
    
11. You must be at least 16 years of age or older.
    
    
12. You will need to staff your Forge Stall yourself - TFNation staff are unable to assist, nor can anyone who has not been registered to share your Forge Stall with you prior to the event. However this does not mean you have to stay at your Forge Stall for the entire weekend. If you want a break, just pack up your stock and leave a note saying when you expect to return.
13. All Forge Stalls will be subject to an advance risk assessment, which our vendor team will be happy to assist you with.
    
    
14. Power is not included as standard with Forge Stalls (however, please see the update on this below).
    
    
15. We're always happy to discuss more prominent ways to highlight your Forge Stall, including custom-sized units, limited edition guest sponsorship opportunities, and other types of advertisement. Please feel free to email info@tfnation.com if you would be interested in discussing a bespoke TFNation package for your Forge Stall.
    
    
16. When submitting your application, please use the box at the bottom to explain the type of items you intend to sell. If you have links to images, all the better. All arts and crafts must be family-friendly given that there will be children in attendance.

UPGRADE OPTIONS

We are now able to offer several upgrade options. If you wish to investigate any of these options, please use the tick boxes below to let us know - ticking a box does not guarantee availability, but will assist us with our planning and budgeting.

• NEW - Preferred Location - Forge locations are usually allocated by our team to ensure a fair and balanced layout across the hall.  If you would prefer to reserve a specific location (including locations near power outlets) you can do so from £50.00, subject to availability. (If you are happy to accept a standard location allocated by our team, then there's no need to tick this option).
