The Forge Application Form

Welcome to the TFN:Manchester 2026 Forge Application form.

The purpose of this form is to gauge interest in the available Forge space. (The Forge is our area for fan crafts, and differs to Trader space). 

In the interest of fairness, TFNation staff will allow a minimum of 7 days before reviewing applications for The Forge.

When submitting your application, please use the box at the bottom to explain the type of items you intend to sell. If you have links to images, all the better. All arts and crafts must be family-friendly given that there will be children in attendance.

Successful applicants will receive an email inviting them to make a formal booking. Applicants who are not successful at this time will be notified.

Here is the important information you will need at this stage;

1. This is not a booking form and no payment is required at this stage.
   
   
2. You do not need to order a ticket before applying for a Forge stall. This is because, if accepted, your stall price will include a ticket for you.
   
   
3. Once your interest is registered we will either approve or decline your request. We have limited Forge space so unfortunately there may not be room for everybody.
   
   
4. Unlike our large summer event, there is no TFN hotel discount code for this venue (although you can see if a general discount is running by using code DELEGATE on the website). This venue does not have an onsite carpark, but does have discount arrangements with several nearby - we advise speaking to recetion before planning your visit.
   
   
5. Each Forge unit includes one five feet table (different sized tables may be used on occasion).
   
   
6. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide power to all Forge Stalls.
   
   
7. All Forge Stalls will be subject to an advance risk assessment, which our vendor team will be happy to assist you with.
8. Stalls may be used to sell any handmade crafts (such as key rings, stickers or handmade plushies), art prints and to take/sell art commissions. All crafts and artwork sold must be your own. We support creators, so please do not steal anybody else’s work.
   
   
9. The use of any official logos on unlicensed products is strictly prohibited.
   
   
10. You are allowed to share your Forge stall with one other person who must be invited to share the stall with you via the TFNation website. Invitations can be sent out after payment has been made for the approved Forge application. The additional person must already hold a valid ticket to the event.
    
    
11. You must be at least 16 years of age or older.
    
    
12. You will need to staff your Forge Stall yourself - TFNation staff cannot help you, nor can anyone who has not been registered to share your Forge Stall with you prior to the event. However this does not mean you have to stay at your Forge Stall for the entire event. If you want a break, just pack up your stock and leave a note saying when you expect to return.
    
    
13. We're always happy to discuss more prominent ways to highlight Forge Stall, including custom-sized units, limited edition guest/event sponosorship opportunities, and other types of advertisement.
