We're writing today to let you know we've now sold out of all trader space for TFNation 2023! Here's what this means for you;
- Firstly, don't panic - tickets for TFNation 2023 are still available! (More on this below).
- Start planning your trip! To see who will be trading, go to the TFNation 2023 event page and scroll down to the Exhibitors and Sellers section.
- If you applied for a trader's stall and your application has been approved, then congratulations, you made it in time!
- If you were hoping to book a trader's stall but hadn't gotten around to it yet, our advice would be to apply to be added to our waiting list. Sometimes traders have to change their plans for various reasons, so having your name on the list is always worthwhile.
- The Forge, which is our area for fan arts and crafts, is nearing full capacity but still has a few spaces left. Apply today to avoid disappointment.
As mentioned above, tickets to TFNation 2023 are still available from our website.
Although there are plenty of tickets available at the moment, this is typically the point in the year when we start to see available tickets decreasing rapidly.
Tickets for limited seating/edition segments tend to sell out first. For this reason, we expect Saturday-Early Access tickets and of course, Legend Passes are likely to sell out first.
For those of you looking to stay on-site at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, there are only a limited number of discount rate bedrooms remaining, so please do look to book as soon as possible using the TFNation micro-site to avoid disappointment (see your my account page for details).
2023 is set to be an exciting year for TFNation, with our largest selection of traders ever, a packed Forge and some incredible guests including Susan Blu, David Sobolov, James Roberts, Jack Lawrence, John-Paul Bove, Andrew Wildman, Stephen Baskerville, Steve White, Andy Couzens and Jim Sorenson. With more guests, exhibitors and panels to be announced, this is set to be a fantastic year for Transformers fans!

TFNation 2023 will take place from 11th to 13th August 2023, at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel in Birmingham, UK. Bedrooms are sold on a first come first served basis and holding a TFNation ticket does not guarantee you a bedroom. All guests, appear strictly subject to professional commitments, and all advertised guest lists are subject to change without notice. All panel rooms are subject to capacity limits.
