TFN Swindon Logo

With tickets for TFN: Swindon scheduled to go on sale at 12:00 midday (UK Time) on Saturday 25th April 2026,  we now wish to give a little advance notice to our Traders and Forge artists about how applications will work.

When Will Applications Open?

Trader and Forge applications will open at 12:00 midday (UK time) on Saturday 2nd May 2026.

TFN staff will then wait at least 7 days before starting the review process.

This is a new event and one which several vendors have been excitedly asking about, so we would recommend sending in your application nice and early.

How Will It Work?

This is an application process, so you won't have to pay for your tables when applying. We'll contact you later, if your application is approved, to arrange payment.

How Do You Decide Who To Accept?

TFNation events are usually oversubscribed. When this happens we take into account numerous factors such as the promptness of your application, your stall description and overall variety in the room.

Our best tips to you are to apply early and to give a good description of the type of stock you'd like to bring along with you, to give yourself the best possible chance of being selected.

Forge Pricing

Forge tables consist of one table typically measuring 1.52m (5 feet) priced at £85.00, inclusive of one Forge ticket.

A Forge table may be shared with another Forge artist (who must be pre-registered with us), however the additional artist will need to purchase their own convention ticket.

Please be aware there are strict rules for Forge Tables, including;

  1. No Official Merchandise.
  2. No Official logos are to appear on any items.
  3. Although customised toys can be sold, all figures must be modified. (Otherwise you will need to buy a regular Trader Block).

(Please note: TFN:Swindon is a limited capacity event; all convention areas are subject to capacity limits and all advertised guests, traders, Forge artists, panels and activities are subject to change without notice. Terms and Conditions of sale apply on this small world and all others, even those under attack from the chaos-bringer! And yes, this is our first event in Swindon, so we've used Manchester photos just for illustrative purposes only - final layouts, robotic offerings and attendees will differ... but hopefully we'll still see many friendly faces! )
