Our convention in Swindon next month will be the first opportunity many TFNationals have had to come together following the passing of legendary actor, Peter Cullen – the original voice of the heroic Autobot leader, Optimus Prime.
In honour of Peter, we will be marking the occasion by welcoming this fully restored Freightliner FLT86 replica Optimus Prime truck to TFN:Swindon.
Styled after the vehicle portrayed in Peter’s final movie appearance in Rise Of The Beasts, whilst also bearing a clear homage to the character’s 1984 origins, this vehicle has been professionally restored and modified to a movie-grade finish, and represents a full-circle moment for Peter’s Prime.
The vehicle, which will be parked and left on display during the convention, has been provided on a complimentary basis by Andy at ADT Haulage, in tribute to Peter. There will be no charge to have your photograph taken stood beside the vehicle. A huge thanks goes out to Andy for making this moment possible for TFNationals.

TFN: Swindon is a single-day convention for Transformers fans which will be held at the STEAM Museum in Swindon, UK, on the 21st November 2026. Tickets are available now through our website, which you can find here.
