While we are still receiving fantastic feedback from our latest James Roberts guest announcement, the team here at TFN HQ has not paused for breath, cracking on with our plans for August 2016 and beyond.

However, with new guests being announced, and the date moving ever-closer, more and more folks are looking to book tickets, with some attendees wanting to amend their bookings to include additional friends or change specific details. As many of us have had to do this (waiting for work to confirm holiday allowance, checking family and financial commitments) we realise how frustrating it can be to update orders, especially if that request then takes time to process.

Fortunately, the folks who created our quick and efficient booking site have continued to develop our online portal and so today we can announce an extra feature that will help our attendees better organise their convention experience.

Booking amendments!

(Admittedly that title doesn't have Constructicons blowing horns to announce it... but boy will it be useful for folks)

When attendees booked their TFN tickets with us, they received receipt details, including the links/passwords to access their order history. If you wish to amend your order, simply access that history. Those missing passwords can request them here.

Once online, you can clearly review your order history, confirming what you have booked with us. On the right-hand side of the screen you will see a "Manage Attendees" section with an "add/plus" button. It does exactly what you'd expect, allowing extra people to be added to a booking in the same manner as your original purchase.

One aspect to note, however, is that every order has a "lead individual" stated upon it. It is this lead individual, alone, who can amend a particular booking. This reduces issues when multiple people try and amend the same order.  The "lead attendee" is the person who made the original booking and had an account automatically created for them.

If you are a lead individual then you can always access your ticket as well as the complete booking from within our "Attendee Area".

We will continue to develop and improve our main website in the build-up to August's event, with improved guest profiles, convention guides, the event schedule itself and other additional content. If there is anything else that you would like to see us add to the website then please feel free to drop us a line at info@tfnation.com or contact us via our Social Media accounts and we shall have a look!
