Following our previous announcement regarding the unfortunate cancellation of our in-person TFNation 2021 event, we would like to address how those of you who kindly chose to roll your TFN2020 tickets over to this year can request a refund if required.
Please note: if you would like to continue to roll your tickets over to TFNation 2022 then you do not need to take any action; this will be completed automatically.
To request a refund simply follow these easy steps:
- Visit TFNation.com and log into your account.
- Once you are logged in, click the "My Orders" entry in the menu to enter the Attendee Area. This is located at the top right of the page if you are viewing on a desktop, laptop or large tablet. For smaller tablets and mobiles it can be found at the bottom of the menu.
- In the Attendee Area you will see the option "View your Rolled over bookings". Click this to view all the details regarding your booking, including the current status of each ticket, total refunds you’ve been sent previously and your current balance with us.
- Besides each ticket you chose to roll over you will find a selection box in the status column. Click this and choose the option titled "I wish to cancel the ticket". When you are happy with your choices, click the green "save changes" button at the bottom to make your request and we shall update the booking with your selections. Please note that once you have submitted the request you will not be able to change it any further.
Refunds will be processed within 21 days from the date of request and you will receive email confirmation once completed.
If you choose to cancel all of the tickets on a rolled over booking, the booking will be removed from the rolled over booking section once the refund has been made, and it will reappear in your main order history.
