We have received the sad news that our friend, Andy Couzens, has passed away.
Andy, a former Product Manager and Toy Designer at Hasbro UK, was best known to Transformers fans for his work on the European toy line towards the end of Generation One. He was instrumental in working with Takara to introduce numerous high-profile characters to the European market.
In 2022, Andy made a guest appearance at TFNation which was as impactful for him, as it was for fans. The appearance led to new contacts which resulted in Andy securing a position as an associate lecturer, teaching his incredible drawing skills to a new generation of artists. You all held a special place in Andy’s heart and he was very much looking forward to seeing you again this year.
We wish to extend our sincere sympathies to Andy’s partner Vicky, and all of his family and friends at this time.
