We have today been notified of a slight delay in the preparation of our discount-rate Hilton bedrooms which we wish to bring to your attention.
Behind the scenes, the Hilton Birmingham Metropole is implementing a new booking system which we're advised should be ready quite soon. Although you probably won't see a huge difference on the front end, "under the hood" there are some big changes being made which should be helpful for events.
Don't worry - our block of rooms is reserved and won't go anywhere before we announce sales.
It's important to us that you have time to plan, so in response to this update, we will be announcing a new bedroom sales date in due course. This should give you a few extra weeks to get your booking plans in place. We hope to be in a position to provide a firmer update next month, once the new system has been fully tested.
