As many of our attendees know, the TFNation Crew are a vital part of our whole operation. Each year, around twenty people volunteer their enthusiasm and effort to support our Staff, making the TFNation weekend a huge success. These volunteers are the ones on hand to assist with set-up before the event, help out attendees and guests during the weekend, and look after everyone's safety and well-being throughout.
Now, with the ever-increasing popularity of TFNation, and the number of attendees rising year-on-year, we would like to recruit more volunteers to join our team. Whether you are a regular attendee wishing to "give back" to the community, or a first-timer keen to meet new people, volunteering at TFNation 2019 would be a great way to do this.
Anyone over the age of 18 can volunteer (or 16 if an adult is also volunteering with you), and all applications will be considered. Whether you have previous convention or event experience, or none at all and just want to help out, we would love to hear from you! All volunteers will receive a TFNation 2019 Volunteer T-shirt to wear while on duty, and will get first-hand experience of what goes on behind the scenes at TFNation. Depending on the number of hours you do, there may also be additional rewards. Volunteering can also provide you with and help develop many valuable personal skills and gives you a glimpse of experience in event management.
