TFN:Mini-Con® Manchester Updates

Calling all TFNationals - it's time for another transformation!

2024 has been an exciting year for TFNation, with us hosting three events to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Transformers! Following our most recent event in Reading, we will be returning to the north for our next edition of TFN:Mini-Con® Manchester! Of course, we also have our summer centrepiece, TFNation 2025 in the works too!

Please allow us a moment today to give you an update on both of these events - starting with Manchester!

NEW VENUE: PENDULUM HOTEL, MANCHESTER

TFN:Mini-Con® Manchester will be taking place at the Pendulum Hotel, Manchester in 2025!

As well as everything you'd expect from a hotel venue, the Pendulum Hotel also houses all of the professional facilities of Manchester Conference Centre, including a separate panel area, which we're sure we'll put to great use for TFN attendees.

Based in central Manchester, Pendulum Hotel is situated conveniently between Manchester Piccadilly Station and Oxford Road Station; with each station being within a 10 minute stroll, the venue is well placed for railway-using attendees whether coming from the North or South.

For drivers, the venue is only a few minutes walk from several NCP carparks, some of which have negotiated helpful discounts for hotel residents.

The venue is also situated a stone's throw from the bustling Oxford Road area, meaning there are ample nearby bars and restaurants.

The venue is wheelchair accessible, making great use of ramps (pictured below) and elevators, meaning you can travel from street level, to the function suites and up to the bedrooms without having to take any stairs.

We think TFNationals will love this new venue and can't wait to welcome you along! 

BEDROOMS & PARKING

As with last year's TFN:Mini-Con® Manchester, this is a single-day event and as such there is no convention overnight rate; however, the Pendulum Hotel does occasionally offer incentives (you can check if one is presently on the hotel's website available by using the code DELEGATE at the time of booking).

Keep an eye on comparison sites like Expedia as you'll sometimes find great deals!

Of course, Manchester City Centre is a hotel-rich area, so there are many alternatives if you decide not to stay on-site.

The venue does not have on-site parking, but does have preferential rates with numerous NCP carparks in the area. Just ask at reception!

TICKET INFORMATION

Tickets for TFN:Mini-Con® Manchester will be released for sale at 12:00pm (GMT) on Saturday 4th January 2025.

Last year's event sold out within 48 hours of tickets being released, so if you're interested in attending, we would urge you to book your tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!

VENUE

In 2025, TFNation will once again be held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, situated near to the NEC in Birmingham.

TICKETS & BEDROOMS

Tickets for TFNation 2025 will be released for sale at 12:00pm (GMT) on Saturday 1st February 2025.

Information about TFNation discounted-rate Hilton Bedrooms will be announced in due course, with bedroom sales commencing for ticket-holders in March 2025 (subject to final confirmation from the venue). Stay tuned for further details!
