MULTIPLE QUEUE SYSTEM
We know how overwhelming and confusing it can be at any convention when you can see multiple queues and not know what they're for. That's why we've put together this visual guide to help both new and regular attendees!
Our registration desk will be open all weekend from Friday morning at 10:00. You can see specific timings when the registration desk opens and closes through the weekend schedule here.
The registration desk can be found in the Warwick Suite at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel.
There will be a one-way system towards and away from the registration desk to ease congestion and crowds.
Early Access is available on Saturday morning, when the Traders Hall opens for the weekend. Due to the high number of people, we run separate queues as well as a one-way system for the registration desk.

The YELLOW arrows show the entry and exit points for getting your tickets at our registration desk.
The GREEN arrows show the entry and exit points for the EARLY ACCESS queue and where it begins.
The PURPLE star and arrow indicates where the STANDARD ENTRY queue begins, especially for Saturday morning as attendees will begin to queue early.
If you are in the STANDARD ENTRY queue on Saturday morning, please make sure to stand as close to the walls as possible and DO NOT stand in front of any doors, whether they are fire exits or not.
