TEN YEARS OF TFNATION: THEN, NOW, AND BEYOND
Ten years... where did all that time go?
It doesn't feel that long ago we were preparing to welcome everyone through the doors for the very first TFNation event back in 2016.
Fast forward to today, and we're lucky enough to be able to celebrate an entire decade of TFNation. Never in our wildest dreams did we imagine that ten years later TFNation would become Europe's largest fan-run Transformers convention.
As proud as that makes us feel, we know we didn't get here on our own. TFNation has always been about the community. Every person who has bought a ticket, volunteered their time, joined the crew, appeared as a guest, hosted a panel, supported us as a trader, taken part in our cosplay parade, sponsored our guests, or simply shared their excitement with others has helped make TFNation what it is today.
Some of you have been with us since day one. Some of you have joined us along the way. Whether this is your first TFNation or your tenth, you are part of our story, and we are so grateful for that.
There are so many moments over the past decade that we look back on with fondness. Getting to welcome you all at the opening ceremony each year. Seeing the halls filled with both new and familiar faces. Watching lasting friendships begin over a shared passion for Transformers. The laughter, the late nights, the setting up and breaking down of the event, the unforgettable panels, the amazing displays. All of these little moments drive us forward and keep us going even through difficult times.
None of it would have been possible without your support.
So, from everyone here at Team TFNation, we'd simply like to say thank you.
Thank you for your enthusiasm, your encouragement, your patience, your creativity, and your passion. Thank you for making TFNation what it is today. You've helped us create a community who welcomes everyone regardless of age, regardless of how long they've been a Transformers fan, regardless of which media they have and haven't seen. We are so proud to be part of this community, and we hope you are, too.
Reaching ten years is a huge milestone, and we know we wouldn't be celebrating such an achievement without each and every single one of you.
Here's to everything we're shared over the last decade.
Here's to whatever the next ten years have in store.
