Today we have a fantastic update about our discounted rate bedrooms!
The great staff at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, have kindly made a change to our allocation of remaining bedrooms, which should help lots of attendees to complete their stay.
Bedrooms had proven so popular that Twin and Double bedrooms sold out on most nights, with only single occupancy rooms remaining.
By Transforming our remaining allocation, you'll find we now have a selection of Twin and Double rooms available again for most convention nights. Hopefully this will help some of you to "fill the gaps" to complete your stays at the Hilton for TFN2023!
Here are a few pro-tips to help you in securing your additional rooms;
1. To access our discounted rate bedrooms, you need to access the Hilton micro-site. This will be available to you (in the form of a big green button) once you've bought your convention tickets. You can also find the button by going to the "my account" page on our website, and clicking on your 2023 tickets.
2. Remember, the Hilton computer will automatically offer you a week's worth of nights - but our discount doesn't last for a week, meaning it will show you the more expensive public rates. Have no fear! Simply toggle the dates at the top, and you'll be able to narrow it down to the nights you need. We always recommend looking at individual dates first, so you can see which rooms are available each night.
3. Like our allocation, some of the rooms can Transform too! A lot of bedrooms on site use ziplock beds, meaning if you call the hotel after booking, they can usually turn a Double room into a Twin and vice versa.
4. If you've already booked some nights and then use our link to complete your stay, then we'd recommend calling the Hilton to let them know. Often they can combine your bookings into a single stay, so you don't need to change rooms once you've checked in.
