TFNation 2019 stands as Europe’s largest Transformers fan gathering. It also stands as having our largest number of TFNation Crew so far. Over thirty people volunteered their time, enthusiasm and support to our Staff in order to make TFNation 2019 the wonderful success it was. We are extremely grateful for everything they did, going above and beyond on numerous occasions to ensure that all of our attendees had a great time.
Nevertheless as TFNation grows we also need to increase our Crew, and so we are opening up applications for volunteers to join the team for TFNation 2020. Whether you are a regular attendee wishing to "give back" to the community, or a first-timer keen to meet new people, volunteering at TFNation 2020 would be a great way to do this.
Anyone over the age of 18 can volunteer (or 16 if an adult is also volunteering with you), and all applications will be considered. Whether you have previous convention or event experience, or none at all and just want to help out, we would love to hear from you! All volunteers will receive a TFNation 2020 Volunteer T-shirt to wear while on duty, access to refreshments during convention hours and will get first-hand experience of what goes on behind the scenes at TFNation. All volunteers will also receive a 100% discount on standard attendee ticket prices for TFNation 2021 - please see our Volunteer Policy for full details. Volunteering can also provide you with and help develop many valuable personal skills and gives you a glimpse of experience in event management.
